Maria Telidou – Leading ThetaHealing® Instructor in Greece

Maria Telidou is the most recognized and established ThetaHealing® Instructor in Greece. With years of experience and international training, she has played a key role in introducing and establishing the technique in the country.

A graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Maria began her career as a physical education teacher and coach in both Greece and the UK. From 2000 to 2010, she lived in India, volunteering with the spiritual and humanitarian organization of Amma, gaining deep insights into Eastern spiritual teachings.

In 2010, she began her ThetaHealing® training in England, India, and the USA, and in 2011, she brought the method to Greece for the first time, creating a structured and comprehensive educational pathway.

In 2013, she earned the ThetaHealing® Master and ThetaHealing® Certificate of Science—the highest level of certification available. Since then, she has been teaching all core and advanced ThetaHealing® seminars, both in person and online, throughout Greece and Cyprus.

Maria actively participates in wellness expos, festivals, and media outlets to promote the technique. She is also the founder of “Eleftheros Choros” (Free Space) and her website, www.mariatelidou.gr, where she offers extensive information and training on ThetaHealing®.

What is ThetaHealing®?

ThetaHealing® is a set of energy healing techniques that help individuals develop their natural intuitive abilities in order to precisely access and understand the subconscious mind. By identifying and replacing limiting beliefs stored deep within, which often contribute to illness or imbalance, individuals can activate the body’s natural healing processes and experience conscious living and holistic well-being in all areas of life.

Maria is a certified ThetaHealer® and ThetaHealing® Instructor, accredited by THINK® and Vianna Stibal, holding the prestigious Master and Certificate of Science designations.

In 2012, Maria co-translated and edited the first two official ThetaHealing® books in Greek:

1. "ThetaHealing® – The Revolutionary Energy Healing Technique"

2. "ThetaHealing® – Advanced Level"

She also created her own educational series titled “The Communication That Connects Us,” based on the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by American psychologist Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg. Since 2011, she has been actively training in NVC, and from 2016, she began teaching NVC workshops in Athens and across Greece, participating in numerous events and festivals.
