Join us for an enriching 14-day Co-Working trip in Greece, designed for digital nomads.

With Athens as your base, enjoy two delightful 2-day excursions to Epidaurus and Delphi.

This experience combines historical exploration, spiritual practices, and natural healing inspired by ancient Greek traditions, all while allowing you to stay connected and productive.

Days 1-5: Athens

Our adventure begins in the vibrant city of Athens, where we will settle into a comfortable, centrally-located house (near Syntagma Square down-town) equipped with all modern amenities to cater to your digital needs.

You’ll be part of a community of ten like-minded nomads, co-living and co-working together. The house offers high-speed WiFi, dedicated workspaces, and communal areas to foster collaboration.

Upon arrival, a welcome dinner introduces everyone to our fellow travelers and provides an overview of the exciting days ahead.

Our daily schedule is designed to accommodate your work commitments, with all activities beginning after 14:00. This ensures you have plenty of time to focus on your professional agenda in the mornings.

On the second day, immerse yourself in the ancient wonders of Athens with a guided tour around the Acropolis. This isn’t just a typical sightseeing tour.

We will explore the "energy springs" of this sacred rock and experience the profound practice of Ancient Greek Meditation and Theta Healing at high-frequency vibration spots.

;The session includes practicing "Henosis," a meditation aimed at achieving unity with "The One," as taught by Plato.

Continue your spiritual journey on the third day with a walk through the hills of the Acropolis, where you’ll be guided through  the 147 Delphic Maxims and the moral teachings of the Seven Sages of Delphi.

This insightful afternoon is capped with optional one-on-one Theta Healing sessions for those seeking personal guidance.

Midweek, dive into Athens' cultural heart with a visit to the Acropolis Museum. In the afternoon, enjoy a seminar on ancient Greek nutrition principles, giving you a taste of the diet that fueled ancient philosophers and athletes. The evening is yours to explore the lively streets of Plaka or relax at a local café.

Day five starts with a peaceful meditation session at Pnyka Hill, offering a serene view of Athens. Spend the rest of the day in the National Garden, a perfect spot to unwind or catch up on some work, followed by a leisurely evening to recharge for the days ahead.

Days 6-7: Excursion to Epidaurus

Departing from Athens on private car, your journey to Epidaurus includes a fascinating stop at the Corinth Canal, an engineering marvel that connects the Aegean and Ionian Seas. On our way, we will stop for a dive into the rejuvenating waters of the therapeutic springs of Helen of Troy, a legendary spot known for its healing properties.

On arrival to Epidaurus, we will stay in a charming beachside hotel at the village of Ancient Epidaurus. We will spend the evening enjoying the tranquil seaside or connecting with our travel companions. The next day begins with a visit to the Sanctuary of Asklepios. where we can have another meditation session. You will learn about the god of medicine's teachings and the ancient medical practices used in this historic healing center.

After a light lunch we will visit the renowned Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, celebrated for its perfect acoustics and architectural beauty. The theatre's design enhances spiritual and physical well-being, a testament to the ancient belief in the healing power of the arts. Return to Athens in the evening, refreshed and inspired.

Days 8-12: Athens

Back in Athens. The day is free for personal exploration or catching up on work. Athens offers plenty of cozy cafés and quiet parks perfect for setting up your laptop.

Over the next few days, delve deeper into the contrasts of ancient and modern Greece. Visit the modern Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, a hub of art and education. Participate in sessions on eudaimonia and ancient Greek philosophy, crystal healing, and therapeutic herbs, each designed to enhance your well-being and understanding of Greek culture.

A day trip to Sounion allows you to visit the Temple of Poseidon, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Reflect on the ancient Greek connection with nature and the sea, then return to Athens for a relaxed evening.

Days 13-14: Excursion to Delphi

The final excursion takes us to Delphi - the centre of the Ancient World, starting with a scenic drive and a stop in the picturesque village of Arachova for a coffee break.

In Delphi, we will check into a beautiful hotel surrounded by awe-inspiring mountain landscapes.

Explore the Temple of Apollo and the Delphi Archaeological Museum, where you'll see iconic artifacts like the Charioteer of Delphi and the Sphinx of Naxos.

Engage in a guided meditation at the Temple of Athena Pronaia, a serene spot that fosters inner peace and clarity.

The next day, before departure, we will visit the coastal village of Itea, where we can relax by the beach or take a refreshing dip in the Gulf of Corinth.

On our return journey to Athens, we will stop at the Krya Waterfalls for a revitalizing experience in the cool, clear waters.

Arrive back in Athens in the late afternoon, enriched by your holistic journey through Greece's ancient wisdom and natural beauty.
